Glass lining is a kind of glass enamel made up of carbon dioxide and other elements. Having been burnt for many times, enamel is firmly attached on the surface of metal tire. So it owns metal strength as well as chemical stability which is similar to that of glass. The equipment owns excellent resistance to corrosion. It can be widely used in the industrial production of chemical, oil, metallurgy, medicine, pesticide, dyes, synthetic rubber, synthetic fibre, plastic, food and national defense and scientific research of reaction, evaporation, concentration, saponification, sulfonation, chlorination, nitration, heat exchange, separation, measurement and storage etc..

Corrosion Resistance: Can endure the corrosion of inorganic acid, organic solvent and weak base of deferent concentration. It is not applicable to hydrofluoric acid medium of fluorine ion, concentrated phosphoric acid with temperature higher than 180 and concentration higher than 30%.
Shock Resistance: Shock resistance not less than 22010^-3J(standard sample). The shock of any hard articles should be avoided.
Insulativity: Porcelain facing passed close inspection of 20000V high potential test.
Temperature resistance: It can reduce sudden variation of temperature----cold shock of 110, thermal shock of 120. Application temperature:0120.
Surface luster: Surface of glass lining is clean and smooth. It is not easy to cohere materials but easy for washing and discharge port; Separate from pollution media of metal ion and nonmetal ion to assure its quality, flavor and luster. It is specially applicable to food and drink industry.
Wear resistant property : Excellent, no obvious scratch (similar to ZB/TG94006 standard).
Variety of vessels: Glass lining pressure vessel belongs to pressure vessel II. It can not be used occasion that belongs to vessel III.
